Products and prices

We sell home, kitchen, storage and sports and outdoor products online to customers in the United Kingdom. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices may change at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item supplied. Colours shown on screen may vary from the real product.

Ordering

To order, email us with the product you would like and your delivery address, and we will confirm your order, the total price and delivery arrangements. An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Payment

Payment is taken as agreed when your order is confirmed. We accept the payment methods shown on this website. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from our UK supplier’s warehouse, normally same-day for orders placed before 9:30am GMT, otherwise the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, or you change your mind, please contact us first before sending anything back. See our Returns Policy for how returns work, including the 10-day return period and return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
